How it works
Everyone shapes the roadmap
Sales, customer success and engineering add to the roadmap from Claude, ChatGPT or Grove. Grove holds it to your strategy, and the strategic decisions still come to you.
See howYour team’s input in.Your decisions out.Your developers stop waiting on you
Grove turns your decisions into build-ready requirements and designs their coding agents pull straight into the build. When something’s unclear, the agents ask instead of guessing.

The right solution gets built
Grove vets each idea against your strategy, your app and the work in flight, so what ships is what customers actually wanted. Then it checks what shipped against what you decided.

Who it’s for
- Founders and CEOsWhen you’re the CEOEvery decision waits on you to explain it, gather feedback and write it up. Grove does that work and pulls you in only for the decisions that need you.Founders and CEOs →
- Technical founders and CTOsWhen you’re the CTOYou turn vague requests into specs and chase down what shipped. Grove does both, vets every idea before it’s built, and never writes to your repos.Technical founders and CTOs →

What founding SaaS teams are saying
ProofmapBefore, product moved forward when the rest of the business slowed down and I had time to dig back into product strategy and planning. With Grove I keep up, bring more people into the process, and still drive the decisions that matter.

Trade AgentFor a small team, the hard part isn’t building, it’s taking a flood of customer requests and understanding what’s the right thing to build. A lot of requests are small things, and the big ideas get buried. Grove helps us focus on capturing, scoping, and deciding which ideas are worth moving forward.

OliveAs business and technical co-founders, we never had a good way to plan the product together, or to bring both our feedback and our customers’ into it. Grove gives us one place for that, keeps ideas focused on real outcomes, and stops sales from saying one thing while product builds another.

Built by people who ran product at scale
We led product, design and engineering at enterprise software companies, where a product department kept large organizations building the right things. Grove brings you that discipline without the department.
Questions
What is Grove?
Grove is product management software for founder-led startups. It does for product what coding agents did for the build: it challenges the idea, scopes it into pieces worth building, turns each into requirements and designs, vets the plan before your developers’ agents pick it up, and checks that what shipped matches what you decided.
Is Grove an AI product manager?
No. Deciding what to build is the most human part of product management, and it stays with you. Grove does the work around it: it asks the hard questions, has separate agents check the plan, keeps every decision current while your developers build, and tells you whether what shipped matches it. A product department’s discipline, not a stand-in for your judgment.
Who is Grove for?
Software startups where a founder leads product and the developers build with coding agents, usually three to fifteen engineers. If you’ve hired a first product person, Grove takes the coordination off their week. Grove needs at least one developer and a GitHub repository.
I already use Claude. Why Grove?
Keep using it. A Claude chat helps whoever is in it. Grove is the product workflow around it: every step from the idea to what shipped, with a check at each, so your team and their coding agents work from the same decisions and the reasons are kept. Grove starts much of that work itself, vetting ideas and checking plans and releases, and you can do many of the steps from inside Claude.
Isn’t this another project management tool?
Project management tools track the work once it’s decided. Grove is where the decision gets made before the work starts, and checked once it ships. Your developers keep whatever tracker they use, or none.
Do my developers have to change how they work?
Very little. They keep their own tools, and Grove connects to GitHub read-only. What’s new is Grove’s command-line tool, which their coding agent uses to read the plan and raise questions. Those questions come back to you with the context instead of becoming an agent’s assumptions.
How do we start, and what does it cost?
Request access, or book a call. If Grove fits, your team gets two weeks free on one real feature, with one of Grove’s founders, from the idea to the first piece your developers ship. After that, one monthly price covers five people, and each person after that is added on. Month to month, cancel any time.
