Coding agents build a bad call as fast as a good one
Fall behind on planning and reviewing what’s shipping, and bad calls stack up

You don’t have a product team to check your calls
A big company’s product team plans each idea before developers build it. Grove does that up-front work with you, then checks what ships against what you decided.

How it works
How Grove checks your product decisions before and after the build
Grove helps you see around corners as you plan
Bring an idea, even half formed. Like a seasoned product lead, Grove asks what it’s for, raises the edge cases you’d hit later, and drafts the requirements and designs with you.
What Grove reads- Code: Your repo
- Requests: Feedback threads
- Decisions: Past decisions
Where should the removed person’s open tasks go?
Grove vets the plan before anyone builds it
Before it goes to your developers, Grove checks the plan against your code, your strategy and the other work in flight, and flags what would bite you after it ships.
Project: Project leads remove peopleGrove checked the plan and found 2 issues- Feasibility1
Only admins can remove people in the code today, so this needs a new permission.
- Overlapping work1
Bulk removal is changing the same members screen.
- Strategy fit✓
Fits: you sell to teams of 10 or more, where leads run projects.
Grove checks each pull request against what you wanted
When your developers’ pull requests merge, Grove reads them against each outcome in the plan and tells you which hold and which don’t yet. You mark the project done once you’ve tried it.

What founding SaaS teams are saying
Trade AgentFor a small team, the hard part isn’t building, it’s taking a flood of customer requests and understanding what’s the right thing to build. A lot of requests are small things, and the big ideas get buried. Grove helps us focus on capturing, scoping, and deciding which ideas are worth moving forward.

ProofmapBefore, product moved forward when the rest of the business slowed down and I had time to dig back into product strategy and planning. With Grove I keep up, bring more people into the process, and still drive the decisions that matter.
Andy StaufferFounder and CEO
OliveAs business and technical co-founders, we never had a good way to plan the product together, or to bring both our feedback and our customers’ into it. Grove gives us one place for that, keeps ideas focused on real outcomes, and stops sales from saying one thing while product builds another.

Questions founders ask
Does Grove tell me whether customers use what we shipped?
No. Grove checks that what shipped matches the decision. Whether customers took to it is still yours to learn from them, and now you know exactly what you’re learning about.
What if Grove disagrees with me?
You make the call. Grove asks what the idea is for, what it would change for customers and whether it cuts against a decision you already made. If you go ahead anyway, Grove keeps your reason with the decision.
Will this slow us down?
No. Grove drafts the requirements with you, so they’re ready sooner, and a call that’s right the first time means less gets rebuilt.
We only have a few customers. What do we decide from?
Your strategy, your read of the market and what those customers tell you. Grove doesn’t replace that judgment with numbers that aren’t enough to decide yet. It makes sure each bet is thought through before your developers build it.
